About this house rental
The Sea Shack is located in the lovely town of Beach Haven, NJ. This home sits right in the middle of the action of all that Beach Haven has to offer. Park your cars and leave the keys. You will be able to walk or ride bikes to anything you will need. 3 blocks to beach and 2 blocks to bay. Short walks to local restaurants, Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Thunder Surf Water Park (favorite for kids of all ages), miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, parks, shopping, Bay Village, and right behind the town staples "The Bagel Shack" and one block away from the Chicken and the Egg. Our home is recently new to the rental market. The cleanliness and top of the line furnishings really make you feel at home while you are on vacation. There are 3 BR on the main floor along with kitchen, dining area and main living room. Upstairs is the master sweet with bonus room that is great for a family with small children to keep close by or just an extra space to unwind. There is plenty of storage space along with 2 laundry rooms, one on each floor. Off of the main living room / dining room there is balcony #1 where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. Above that, balcony #2 offers two outdoor dining tables, a gazebo with enclosed bar / grill area, and a large hot tub. One more flight of stairs up is balcony # 3 which leads to the sun deck. Up here you can get lost in the amazing 360 degree views of Beach Haven or lay down on the sun beds and RELAX!
Kitchen is fully stocked with a chef's oven with gas stove, large high-end fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, glass-ware, flat-ware and most pots, pans, and dishes you would need.
House is updated with new HVAC system with central air to keep you cool on the hottest summer days. There is also an abundance of ceiling fans if you prefer. There is a fan in just about every room.
Outdoor shower is another bonus after those sandy beach days.

The house was perfect…it was very clean!! All we needed to do was unpack and start our on time on LBI. The property was exactly what we needed for 5 adults and 2 children. Very family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t do any meal prep. The deck with the grill, hot tub, and covered area was a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The location was great. The amusement park and restaurants were all within an easy walk. We were busy with wedding preparations, so unfortunately we never made it to the beach. I don’t think it’s a far walk though.We needed a sitter for the kids. I’m giving Tim her number. She was recommended by a friend on LBI and was fabulous. The kids loved her! It’s hard to impress 7 and 10 year olds. Tim, our host, was lovely. He was very quick to answer any questions that I had before arrival. There is also a huge garage that made unloading a breeze. I highly recommend this property!!

Family enjoyed the stay. We walked everywhere! Perfect for parents with small children to have the bedroom off the master.
