About this house rental
NEW ADDITION/RENOVATION COMPLETE FOR 2023 SEASON. 2nd&3rd floor of BAYFRONT duplex with amazing views & location on quiet street. Enjoy stunning views & breezes from three private decks, including a brand new large rooftop deck. Hop in the bay for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & the beach is a short 3 blocks. Crab and fish off the bulkhead, relax in the hammock and enjoy evenings roasting marshmallows around the fire pit with the sounds of the bay. Walk to Bay Village and center of Beach Haven.
The house has completed a major renovation and addition for the 2023 season. The new addition features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor and a new 3rd floor with 1 bedroom, a half bath, den with deck and access to rooftop deck. New flooring, paint and updates throughout the house.
**Please note that we offer a discounted base rate in the off season (mid September 9/13/25 to 6/13/26 and 9/13/26 to 6/11/27) for smaller groups(6 or less) not utilizing all of the bedrooms/baths.
The base rate includes the entire 2nd floor(3 bedrooms and 2 full baths) plus the den on the 3rd floor that has access to streetside deck and rooftop deck for up to 6 guests.
You can add the additional bedroom and half bath on the 3rd floor by entering an additional guest at the rate of $125 night. There is an 8 guest limit.
**2026 In season rates from Mid June 6/13/26 to Mid September9/12/26 are for the entire 2nd and 3rd floors(4bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus den)**

2nd floor-
The living area is open floor plan with views on the bay all around and cathedral ceilings with wood beams. Kitchen/Dining area has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops with peninsulas and dining table seating. Dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, all kitchen equipment and cookware. Living room has plenty of seating with a sectional sofa and a loveseat and 55" TV.
Primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with large shower and 36" marble vanity. Bedroom 2 has queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bay views. The all new hall bath has a shower/tub combination and 42" marble vanity.
3rd Floor- Bedroom 4 with two full beds with bayfront view, half bath, a den with bay yacht club view, and deck on street side with spiral stairs up to rooftop deck with 360 degree bayfront views.
Outdoor Areas-2nd floor bayfront deck with dining table, daybed and gorgeous views. 3rd floor deck(streetside) Large rooftop deck with amazing 360 degree views. Bayside yard with direct bay access via ladder, picnic table, gas grill, covered lounge area. and hammock. Outdoor shower(newly renovated) and parking for three cars, two covered.
Cable TV with high speed internet, A/C, Washer/Dryer, on demand hot water system.

We had a great stay at Susie's place! There was plenty of room for 5 of us to sprawl out, which was extra nice because the weather wasn't the best. This was such a relaxing place to be, with spectacular water views, comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Susie was very responsive and even let us check in early since there was no one checking out the day of our arrival. We would absolutely stay here again!

I have to say the house was fully equipped with all the necessities for everyday living. The second floor living/kitchen area was extremely bright. It could use some light filtering curtains. The third floor deck could use an umbrella. There was no where to escape the sun. All in all my family enjoyed our time there.

We had a terrific time. Short trip. House was immaculate. Host was available, responsive and accommodating. House is close to everything. Would definitely book again.
