About this house rental

This charming Cape Cod offers a large front porch and Bay views. We are 2.5 blocks from the beach and 5 houses from the bay. Upper level is open concept, includes bright living and dining areas with a fully stocked kitchen . The main living area has 2 bedrooms as well as 1 1/2 baths providing comfort and privacy for guests. The ground level has a separate entrance with a bedroom suite consisting of open concept TV lounge, ping pong, 2 partitioned sleep areas and a half bath. Ideal for teens or extended family. The upper and lower levels are NOT connected by an interior staircase. We have a wonderful private back yard oasis with access to an enclosed detached garage turned into an outdoor entertaining hub,complete with TV, Bar and plenty of comfy seating. This home has everything you need for a memorable LBI escape.

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end! The communication with owner was great! The house was beautiful & perfect for our family. My son got engaged and it was a perfect place to hold a small family gathering to celebrate! Owner even left us champagne! So nice
