We had a wonderful one-night stay! The instructions on how to find the place were very clear and easy to follow. The host was waiting for us upon arrival and was incredibly helpful. Beach is 100 m to walk. And the view from the terrace — absolutely to die for! Truly spectacular. Highly recommended!

Mattresses were a bit hard but we slept well.

Amazing place in Kotor. Flat is big, well furnished, very good AC, has all facilities for perfect stay. And what a terrace - one of best views of Kotor bay. Perfect value for the price!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights at the beginning of June, parents aged 70 and four children aged about 40. The location is perfect - the apartment is located on the water and has its own small beach. Half an hour's walk from the old city. We would definitely love to come back again.

Spacious, well-equipped direct beach apartment with a fantastic view.

Direct beach accommodation with a fantastic view and a huge terrace. The apartment is in good condition, clean, equipped with everything you need (large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, air conditioner, hob, oven, microwave, bed linen, towels, tableware, dishes). It is spacious, the wardrobes in the rooms are large. You could park directly in front of the apartment, but there is quite a bit of space available. The bed is comfortable, a bit soft rather than hard. The beach, bathing and sunbathing is right in front of the house. There are good restaurants and a convenience store in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The old town is little more than half an hour at a very comfortable pace. We didn't miss it now, but it would also need a sunbed in summer. Kind, helpful host. I would stay here again. Recommend.

The only thing missing was a bedside table in one of the bedroom.

Comfortable living with absolutely stunning view from the balcony.

Location was amazing! Our hostess was really helpfull for our every request and house was lovely. We really enjoyed our time there. View from the balcony is so good that its hard to wake up grumpy when you just glance outside.

There was basically everything so you can definitely manage but it woudnt hurt to have bit more kitchenware. Maybe some chromecast dongle on the tv and stuff like that but smallstuff, nothing that you cannot manage. One small issue with the toilet in the beginning but probably wasnt intentional so all good in the end.

Disappointing

There are restaurants near the place, not far from old town..

The rooms has no AC,doors have sharp edges,the agreed check-out time was not followed and transport was arranged that cost us too much(going back to old town-20euro).The owner should look after on how the guests will feel comfortable.Definitely we'll have another place to stay on our next visit.

Very good location just right in front of the sea with the amazing view of Kotor bay. Quiet area where you can barely hear any noise during the night. Ideal to have a walk close to the sea and not so far away from Kotor center.

Simply amazing!

Great location, right on the beach, amazing view, super kind hosts. Around 30 minutes walk to Kotor Old Town. The only regret is that we booked it only for two nights, but we will definitely come back for a longer vacation in Kotor!

Great stay by the sea

The apartment in general meets all the description. The best part is huge terrace with gorgeous view. Clean rooms and big bathroom. Old town Kotor is in 20min walk, as well as big supermarkets. However, we appreciated the location, as it was quiet and looked beautiful. Nice neighbors upstairs, who even shared their fruits with us:) The beach on pictures is not free - it’s 10€/2 sun beds, but we agreed to pay 20€/6persons and got the last day free. I would definitely recommend this place for vacation.

Foarte aproape de plajă publică. Panorama excelentă. Te trezei cu vasele de croazieră ca trec prin fața dormitorului. Curățenie și dotări excelente de la bucătărie până la baie.

Heel erg fijn.

Super schone accommodatie. De baai voor je deur. Veel ruimte. Perfecte locatie om tivat/porto montenegro, perast, kotor te ontdekken. Drie super leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Vriendelijke verhuurder. Wat wil je nog meer?

We hadden twee auto’s, waarvan een die echt een stuk verder moest staan omdat er geen plek was. Maar daar kon de verhuurder niets aan doen. Zij heeft zelfs plek gemaakt bij haar eigen thuis zodat de auto veilig kon staan.

لأسف، تبين لي أن صاحبة هذه الشقة تستغل النزلاء، حيث بعد إتمام الحجز تفاجئهم برفع الأسعار إلى أضعاف المبلغ المتفق عليه، وهو ما حصل معي بالفعل، مما يعد استغلالًا غير مبرر وتصرفًا غير مهني وغير مقبول

حيث إنه عند وصولنا إلى مقر الإقامة محل الحجز، كنا في حالة إرهاق شديد بعد رحلة سفر طويلة، وقد تم تسليمنا الشقة من قبل المالكة في بادئ الأمر. إلا أنه وبعد مضي نحو ساعة واحدة على استلامنا، فوجئنا بإرسال شخص مجهول الهوية من قبلها، يطالبنا بسداد مبلغ مالي بعملة الجنيه الإسترليني، مخالفًا بذلك ما تم الاتفاق عليه ودفعه مسبقًا عن طريق منصة "Booking.com"، الأمر الذي يُعد إخلالًا صريحًا بالعقد المبرم بيننا وبها. وحين رفضنا هذا الطلب غير المشروع، قامت المالكة بالاستعانة بشخص آخر، والذي أقدم على التهجم اللفظي والجسدي على النساء والأطفال المرافقين لنا، في تصرف يشكل تهديدًا لسلامتنا الجسدية والنفسية، ويندرج تحت طائلة الجرائم المجرّمة وفقًا للقوانين المحلية والدولية المعنية بحماية السياح وضمان حقوقهم. وعليه، فقد قمنا برفع شكوى رسمية لدى الجهات المختصة، مع الاحتفاظ بحقنا الكامل في المطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار المادية والمعنوية التي لحقت بنا، علمًا بأن هذه الممارسات ما زالت – حسب ما وردنا من معلومات – تتكرر مع سياح آخرين، الأمر الذي يتطلب تدخلاً عاجلًا لوقفها واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الرادعة بحق المسؤولين عنها.
