About this house rental
Newly renovated and lovingly decorated house for 4 - 5 people located with its own jetty in one of the most beautiful parks of northern Holland with a small marina, between the North Sea and the IJsselmeer. Our house, Zijper Eilant no. 13, located in a quiet area of the park along the canal with private boat dock. From the house you can explore the surrounding area by boat. On the ground floor is the entrance area with cloakroom and storage room for the washing machine, bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a pantry.
New, modern fitted kitchen with superior fittings with gas hob, oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are plentiful.
Cozy living room with lots of window area, satellite TV (only German TV), stereo, wireless internet.
One bedroom with two-spaced beds and wardrobe. The beds were or with new mattresses and duvets Pillows fitted.
The staircase in the living room leads to the spacious open Vide (gallery) with a cozy sitting-reading and play area for children.
Large bedroom (double bed 1,80 x 2,00), through whose windows you will be woken by the sun. It is located over the entire width, a built-in wardrobe. One half of it is used for private purposes by us. All mattresses (single mattresses) and duvets were renewed, 2014. In the bedrooms insect screens were installed.
Unfortunately pets must stay at home and youth groups too. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, this invites the terrace. Bed linen and towels are brought please. Free WiFi, but unfortunately only German television. Fishing licenses in the house, only for small fishing. The right anglers have to buy the vispas in the village. http: // www. hsvdepoel. nl.
In the complex you will find small canals, a small "marina", an outdoor pool and a children's playground.
The nearest seaside resorts on the North Sea coast are Callantsoog and Groote Keeten with their miles of wide, sandy beaches. Optimally developed cycle paths allow car-free excursions to the sea, which lead you through the idyllic fields. A dream in spring, when the countless fields of flowers are in bloom. Enjoy the view over it and the indescribable fragrance.
