Location
Molenvaart 523 is a detached house overlooking a canal and flower bulb fields. Enjoy the peaceful countryside in Breezand, just an 11-minute drive from the lively Julianadorp beach! Anna Paulowna and Breezand are part of the world’s largest and most important flower bulb-growing region. Breezand has a lively shopping center with a variety of stores.

The home

You enter the home through the back door. There you’ll find an utility room with a washing machine. To your left is the toilet and a simple, spacious older shower room with a sink. Through the utility room, you enter the spacious kitchen-diner with a cozy dining area. The house has a cozy living room with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a television. On the first floor, there are two simple bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with three single beds. The house has a large garden with a lawn, a patio, and a storage shed. Occasionally, the rear portion of the garden is used by the owner of the trailer, who tends to the garden. Smoking is not permitted.

Dogs are welcome. Additional fee: €30 per dog, per week.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.

Prima woning als je niet teveel eisen stelt aan de badkamer, een douchecabine is wellicht een goede optie, verder van alle gemakken voorzien alleen geen oven aanwezig

Wij hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad, het huisje was prima ingericht en de tuin had volop zon, als die scheen :-), wij voelden ons helemaal thuis. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, een dagje naar Texel, Alkmaar, de polder tuin in Anna Paulowna, wij zijn van plan nog eens terug te gaan.

Sehr altes Haus, keine normale Dusche vorhanden, nur eine Brause in einem Waschraum !!!!! Sehr gute Lage fuer Besichtigungen, ideal fuer Hunde, grosse Wiese vorhanden.
