About this country house rental
Just renovated and brand new for rent as a holiday home: this charming farmhouse from 1840, located in the picturesque village of Barsingerhorn (NH).
Enjoy the peace and quiet and space in the polder. Enjoy cycling, walking or to the cozy town of Schagen (3 km away) with a wide choice of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the West Frisian market on Thursdays including a parade in traditional costume. Everything centered around the church in the heart of the center.
The beach is only 14 km away and so is the forest. And fancy a day on Texel? Watching seals, cycling or having a drink on a terrace? You can reach the ferry within 28 km.
In short: all the elements within reach to make it a fantastic holiday.
Accommodation:
- 2 bedrooms; 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Beds are already made. There is 1 wardrobe.
- Luxurious bathroom with shower, bath and sink. Including 2 towels per person.
- Kitchen with 4-burner induction hob. Fridge with freezer compartment. No dishwasher available, so still romantically washing dishes by hand (together) 😉.

- Parking on the same property as the landlords.
Your farmhouse is part of a farmhouse. The other part is occupied by the landlords themselves; a family with 3 (big) children and a dog, which you will not experience any nuisance from. At most a little noise here and there, as one can expect when having neighbours.
