Super clean, super convenient, staff 24/7, and very silent. 10/10
Nothing, it was perfect. The bathroom was outside the room but it was private just for us, so didn't change anything.

The facilities are very old, especially the elevator. But the room is good, clean, has a balcony.

The room was comfortable and had enough space for our backpacks. The host was very kind: he waited for us to checkin at midnight and allowed us to shower and wait at the reception after we had checked out
The street is noisy at night and you hear it from the room. But that’s the case with a lot of places in Cairo. Bring your earplugs and you’ll be fine

The staff is wonderful, very nice guys who are always available to help.
Well, the whole city is rather unclean, and so are the hostels. This hostel could do a bit better with cleaning. The entrance downstairs and kitchen-area could be cleaner. It would be better if there was actually a good access to cooking a bit in the kitchen (it is too small & unclean).
