The location was good and everything was close. The hotel stuff were super friendly and helpful, they are also organizing trips for example to Nile cruise.
Hostel toilet wasn’t that clean and there were bugs in our room.

Great price for what i got, especially after upgrading the room!!! The personnel could not have been nicer or more supportive, I had so many problems (not related to the hotel!!!) and they helped me with everything!!!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked a queen room but were pleasantly upgraded to a king room as a complimentary gesture, which was really nice. The location is also perfect for roaming around.
The room was not very clean, and both the shower and push shower were not working properly. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not proactive, and we had to request cleaning ourselves. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the building.
