New Midtown

I stayed for 11 days. Even before I left home, I was contacted by Midtown Team, with their contact number in case I would require on arrival. Which was very thoughtful. I was felt welcomed as soon as I reached Midtown for the first time. Mahmood came down to show me the way up, as soon as he got to know I was downstair. He also helped me with my baggage. I am mentioning lift here, as many comment said it did not work. But on the contrary, it was working perfectly fine, 24 hrs a day. The best thing about this facility is 'The Midtown Team'. Will give them 10/10. They are an asset. Each one of them. Always available to help you with a smiling face.

I was offered to clean my room only a day before a was leaving. So I declined because of this. This could have been done a week after my stay.

Excellent room for the price, with a nice large balcony. Everything was extremely clean throughout the property and the staff truly couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend for any traveller who needs to be in this part of Cairo.

The wifi could use some improvement, but this is true of almost all hotels in Cairo.

I had a really great stay here. The cleanliness was excellent, and I really appreciated the privacy and comfortable atmosphere. A special thank you to Farah, who was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. She was super friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. She really deserves a special mention! Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here. ❤️

Its inside the city centre where nearby to shops, groceries, exchange centers, etc.

Given its inside the city. The honking of cars and motorcycles just keeps you awake sometimes especially during sleep. But the rest works well for me.
