About this apartment rental

SLOPESIDE Town Home, end unit, 3 floors. Great for 2 families or one family seeking a peaceful retreat after a long day on the slopes.
Walkability to Stratton Village and slopes and ski home, weather permitting. No step entry for easy unloading ski equipment and groceries. This home end unit has sun coming in the morning thru a wall of windows overlooking the deck and forest. It has great afternoon sun pouring in the south facing windows. There is an open floor plan with 25 ft cathedral ceiling, and large Amish dining table and chairs accomodating up to10 and a great room with large sectional sofa.
Each room has their own zoned heating, There are 4 bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms with private ensuites. One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunks that share a full bath with tub. New bathroom vanities, 2 new showers and 1 new tub. Hair dryer and soap in each bathroom. 2 family rooms.1 fplace. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking all meals. Full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Linens are provided. Large deck, tables, chairs & grill for summer use.

TO THE SLOPES: walk across the private road, walk/ski down to the Tamarack Chair on a Stratton groomed trail. It takes less then 5 minutes. You can also drive 1/10th mile uphill to E or F parking lots just beyond the Community Bldg. This helps with younger skiers. Walk out to trail and ski down to Tamarack chair. We ALWAYS ski home for lunch. SKI HOME: If you parked your car then ski down Craigs Run to the E & F parking lot. If skiing home take Home Run or Craig's Run to Lad's Legacy & follow Peter's Path signs to our door if snow allows. You will cross the private road at the intersection. This trail is groomed and maintained by Stratton for our use.
We have a nice sledding hill next to our condo & sleds are provided. Parents can watch from the warmth of the sofa in the living room.

Slopeside Community Building: Our Slopeside Association maintains a Community Building a short walk up the road or 1/10th mile drive. There is a great room with TV, fooseball, ping pong, shower & 8 person hot tub. Stratton Sports Center offers a 75 foot indoor pool , large state of the art exercise facility, massage, exercise classes and indoor tennis. This is offered to my guests for a $10 per day per person charge. Let me know in advance.

SUMMER RENTALS Complete hiking book in unit
There is a swimming pool & hot tub with in our community. Mountain biking, tennis, restaurants, hiking are available within walking distance. We have several lakes for swimming and fun old time swimmin' holes. There are 27 holes of golf with in one mile. Stratton offers a GREAT summer camp for children at a very nominal charge from 8-3 daily. There are options to add on golf, tennis lessons and an adventure camp to this program. We have a large private deck. Grill available.

The proximity to the slopes was so easy for our teenage children to go back to condo for lunch and meet us at anytime! Prefect set up for two families as well with two bedrooms downstairs and an area for them to watch movies . Becky was a fantastic host- offered great recommendations prior to our arrival and always got back to us right away when questions came up !

Wonderful location, easy access to slopes, spotless, Becky was super helpful and responsive! The floor plan was perfect for our group, allowing privacy and space for 3 families! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Just enjoyed a great fall weekend at the condo with 2 other couples and our kids. Plenty of room and the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home. Within walking distance of the slopes, we had a great hike on the mountain. The hot tub access provides the icing on the cake!
