This unit is steps away from the lift lines, ski school and lift ticket purchasing areas, and minutes from the restaurants and shops of Stratton Village. Beautiful mountain view’s can been seen from the living and bedroom areas. Two parking spots are included with this rental.
This condo will comfortably sleep 10-12, has 2 primary bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Living room features a fireplace, flat screen tv, fully stocked kitchen, cable/internet, family board games, and beautiful views of Stratton Mountain. First primary bedroom has 1 king bed and a couch, flat screen tv with cable, ample closet space and full attached bathroom. Second primary bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin bed with an additional pull out optional trundle bed, flat screen tv with cable, washer/dryer and full attached bathroom. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, flat screen tv with cable and a closet. Upper bunk beds are twin sized and bottom bunks are double. Full bathroom is located right across the hall from this bedroom.
This unit includes access to the Owner's Lounge located in the lobby which includes a pool table , games, TV, and comfortable lounging space. A private ski locker is also included with this rental.

Beautiful clean condo in the perfect location in Stratton village. We had a minor issue and the host was very responsive and took care of it in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a party of nine with four adults and five kids ranging in age from nine to four. This unit was perfect for our weekend. Three bedrooms, with two of them having an ensuite and a bunk room so all the kids could sleep together. The location to the lifts can not be beat. You walk outside, standing in the village’s center, looking at multiple lifts. It was perfect. The responsiveness of the management team was outstanding. Every time I sent a message, I received a response within a minute. The response time was excellent and very helpful. This was a great and easy trip. I would highly recommend the Landmark building and this unit in particular. Thanks for the hospitality.
