House is gorgeous. Very attentive owner. 35 acres along the Winhall River. Plenty of hiking trails. Snowshoes are a must in the winter. Close to Stratton. Highly recommended.

Great location, super private, accurate listing, easy to have a bunch of college graduate kids plus mom & dad plus adult friends.If you get fussy about a house being perfect, this isn't your house. To me it's truly classic Vermont - a few odds and ends not 100% buttoned up, but nothing that interfered with us enjoying football by the fire, dinners and breakfasts, the hot tub, and playing card games together. Kitchen and linens were all very well stocked.Access to Stratton is great, and the VIP parking pass is a cheat code - you can arrive late and park in the front row.Reid was great to work with - we'll rent here again, and I know all of our guests would do the same.

The house was perfect for my friends and I to escape the city for a weekend. House was clean and the hosts communication was excellent from check in to check out. The fireplace was already prepped for our arrival and the hot tub was a great addition to the property. Close proximity to great shops and bars and only a 5 minute drive to Stratton mountain. 10/10

Friends and family get together was made special by this property. Everything you could want or need for a summer stay in VT. Well located and yet very private. Reid was a great and responsive host.
