About this house rental
House has just been renovated! New kitchen, bathroom, large wood deck, hot tub, and more! New pictures to come!!!
Take shuttle or walk to lifts! 4 br / 3 bath house around the corner from Stratton Mountain! The house is a short 8 minute walk to the ski lifts and Stratton village and it's also directly on the Stratton shuttle route that operates during the day on winter weekends and winter holidays (Dec, Jan, Feb, March)! The house is also close to multiple state parks and if you want to check out another mountain there are 4 other ski mountains driving distance from the house!
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 3 bathrooms! Amenities include a Large TV with cable, high speed wireless internet, patio with BBQ, wood burning fireplace, wood burning stove, foosball table in game room, + more!
The upper floor consists of an open concept Kitchen / dining / living room area with a wood burning fireplace, Large TV, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms
-Upper floor bedroom 1: 1 King size bed
-Upper floor bedroom 2: 2 Queen size beds
The lower level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, TV living room, and a game room:
-Lower level Bedroom 1: 2 queen size beds
-Lower level Bedroom 2: 1 twin over full bunk with twin trundle and 1 twin over twin bunk + Full bathroom
You have access to the entire property
We are available by cell during your stay but we have a local caretaker that can also be contacted.
We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months.
BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged.
The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used.
You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas. If you would like to bring more than one dog please just reach out for pre-approval.
Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration

This cozy home had all the amenities and roominess we could ask for. The backyard was beautiful, location was perfect. It felt like a secluded getaway. Our family was able to gather all together, yet there was much personal space as well. We all loved it and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The hosts were fabulous. Definitely recommend!
