About this apartment rental
The modern and tastefully furnished apartment offers space for 2 to 3 people and a toddler and is lovingly equipped with everything you would expect from a nice apartment. A beautiful double room with space for a baby bed and a sofa bed in the spacious living area offer space to relax. The bright living and dining area invites you to be together and linger. The kitchen is carefully equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine and everything you need to cook and eat. The bathroom has a large shower and a sink with mirror cabinet. Towels and a hair dryer are available. Toilet and bathroom are separate. A flat screen TV, CD player and bed linen complete the equipment of the apartment. A free parking lot is by the house. The apartment is in a multi-generation house on the first floor. There is no lift existing. We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.
We, your landlord, live with you in the house and are always available to answer questions and provide information.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately pets are not allowed to allow all guests a pleasant time with us.
Our little guests, under 6 years stay with us free of charge.
A flat rate of € 50 will be charged for the final cleaning. Check in from 4 p.m. & check out by 11 a.m.

I had an early arrival from Zurich and host was very nice in letting me check in early. Apartment was spectacular, very clean, modern, was many windows for fresh air and lighting (also all windows had electric blinds for optimal privacy at night). Very safe neighborhood with several bus stops nesrby to access other towns and places of interest. Host family was very nice and cordial. I wish VRBO would let me score this property higher, because I would. Exceptional!

Ein total schönes Appartement. Die Vermieterin ist unwahrscheinlich nett und bemüht dass man alles hat, was
man braucht. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und sehr
anspruchsvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist neu und modern.
Der Garten ist ein Traum.
Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder wohnen wollen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Bettwäsche, reichlich Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und sogar Küchentücher. Fußläufig nette Restaurants.
Super nette Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen.
Der Punktabzug ist für die sehr befahrene Straße direkt vorm Haus. Leider ist es nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Wir waren zufrieden, die Wohnung war sauber komfortabel und großzügig eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Zentral gelegen, viele Radwege, toll! Das einzige Manko der Ferienwohnung ist die Lage, direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Unerträglich laut, an das Öffnen der Fenster war nicht zu denken. Selbst in der Nacht für uns unerträglich.
