This was a truly excellent stay for us. We were a family of four with two kids age 6 and 9 and this house could not have been better for our week in Antibes. Truly gorgeous property, incredible pool, fantastic location, and incredible hosts!! So kind and responsive and welcoming. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Provence.

Lovely home with all the amenities, a great pool and air conditioning (which was very appreciated during the heat wave)! A short 15 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located for day trips. The hosts are warm and welcoming. Will definitely stay again!

The garden and pool area at this property are just magic. A private oasis! Really deep, decent length pool, great for adults and kids who are confident swimmers-there's also a shallow area for smaller kids. Delicious boulangerie only 10mins walk. The hosts were so thoughtful and helpful, lovely people, they clearly take a lot of pride in their beautiful house and great attention to detail as hosts, lots of local tips, even left some supplies including a delicious freshly baked apple cake!

This is the perfect house for families! Great location, close to the shops and a nice bakery. Also a 20 min walk to the public beach. We had a car though which made it easier. The house has a gated pool, a trampoline, slide and ping pong table. The pool is very well looked after and clean. The host is wonderful and made us fresh food and cake on arrival. We really couldn’t have wished for more. Many thanks Maryka and Jean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa - furnished with superb taste, maintained in great condition, with all amenities one could ask for, and amazing spaces. The garden was a piece of paradise, and the pool is of excellent size and cleanliness - we all enjoyed it, and the thoughtful shallow end helped improve our daughter’s water confidence. The table tennis, trampoline and swings didn’t leave a dull moment for the kids. The villa location was perfect to reach the sandy beach on foot - a must even with the amazing swimming pool, with very convenient bakery and supermarket on the way. The beach was very enjoyable and quite calm in comparison to the very busy Juan Les Pins and Vallauris beaches - very lucky! The driving to Antibes, Cannes and Nice were also very quick and convenient. Best of all were the hosts - so welcoming and kind - they showed us around on arrival, had prepared delicious meals to get us started and had put together a list of restaurants and places to visit at our request. They remained very responsive throughout our stay, and were very gracious with our emerging French! Hope to go back in the future!

Just returning from our holidays in Antibes I would highly recommend this property, we had a wonderful time. The owners are extremely friendly, even left us some homemade food as a welcome surprise. They are always reachable; the owner comes for cleaning the pool and taking care of the garden twice a week for an hour. Everything corresponds to the description and photos. The garden and the pool are the highlights of the house. The land itself is also enormous (for somebody living in an apartment at least) with several seating areas. There is also a pool bar/kitchen with a fridge, a toilet and a bbq that we used a lot. The pool is huge (I guess 12 x 5), spotlessly clean with a shallower part for the non - swimmers that our 4 year old spent most of the time in. Otherwise, the pool is relatively deep. Next to it, there is a shaded place with sunbeds and outside shower. The house itself is also nice with enough space for 6 – 8 people. There is a studio in the basement that could feel a bit dark but is ideal for people who want to have a piece of quiet from the rest of the house. As for the cleaning, there is an option for having a cleaning lady which was much appreciated by us. The beach is a nice 10 – 15 minutes away on foot, with bakery and shops on the way. Otherwise everything essential is within walking distance, we liked walking on the beach to Juan-les-Pins (30 – 40 minutes walk).

Plus: Big garden, toys for kids, big pool, very clean, great interior, big kitchen, garage for 1 car. Host: very friendly, we got food for the first evening and some drinks. Our son (2) got toys for the pool and a cosy bed. The host came twice to cut the grass. The pool-house is very handy, water, fridge, small kitchen, toilette... Aircondition in all rooms. Lots of space. Minus: It`s a bit to far to walk to the beach, especially with a small child. There is only one bathroom in the maine house. There is a fee for the cleaning of 150 Euro at the end of the stay, has to be paid by cash. All together: very nice place, nice host, calm surronding.

The villa was exactly as described and it was lovely. The hostess made us a meal and left wine for our first night. Left recommendations on excellent restaurants and was super helpful throughout. Its a beautiful villa but the generous and gracious hosts are what made this stay memorable.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa ou tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Marieka et son mari étaient un host parfait. Les enfants se sont régalés dans la belle piscine et la place de jeu. La villa correspond exactement au images de l'annonce. Un grand Merci à Marieka.
