Newly renovated. This meticulous upside down shingled deck home, is only 2 blocks to private ocean beach of Hither Hills. Comprises some 1,880 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, den with pull out sleeper sofa, sleeps 2 more guests. Upper cathedral living area offers sunfilled great room with fireplace, eat in kitchen area, half bath, and decks for summer enjoyment. Lower level finished as guest space; amenities include central air, od shower, and peaceful locale make this a lovely choice for beach lovers. One week minimum. Polite notice: Renters will be charged $20 a day for electricity usage.

Beautiful home for summer family vacation in Montauk. Doug and Gabbie’s home is fully remodeled and tastefully decorated. Beach access to Hither Hills private homeowners area was wonderful, and home is a short drive into town.

The house was spotlessly clean and is even nicer than the photos. It’s very comfortable with everything you need. Brand new gas grill was terrific. We loved being able to walk to the beach easily and also used the parking pass when we had lots of gear. Gabbie was very helpful and got back to me quickly. Easy check in and check out. A great experience!

We couldn't be happier with our recent stay at this Hither Hills "Surf Camp". A bright, clean home with plenty of space and everything you need. To top it off its just a quick walk to the beach. Felt like home from day one.

Our family had a wonderful two week stay at this home this past August. The house is a convenient walk to the beach and if you’re bringing a carload of gear like we were nothing tops the private beach access just down the hill. Inside everything was new and clean and we felt right at home.
Leading up to our two weeks Gabbie and Doug were quick to answer any questions that we had and were perfect hosts.
Cant wait to get out to visit again!
