Fully stocked, open gourmet kitchen, upper level deck for outdoor dining and grilling. Comfortably furnished living room with wraparound window walls for wonderful outdoor views. Finished basement level. 2 flat screen TV's with cable. Yard with outdoor patio, teak furniture and an outdoor shower. Central Air. Lots of space, sleeps 8-10. Close to town, Gurneys, golf, fishing. Very peaceful area. Truly a comfortable beach house that you will enjoy.

We had a perfect family getaway in Montauk. The house was exactly what we needed, close to town, just up the road from the beach, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly want. It made our trip easy, comfortable, and relaxing. Highly recommend!
