Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a private setting, in the newly refurbished "Villa Jacaranda"
with 3 bedrooms on 130 sqm of living space and large garden / terrace (430 sqm).
The house belongs to a well-kept, secluded cottage settlement at the "Costa Adeje" in southern Tenerife.
The bright and open living space of "Villa Jacaranda" is divided in modern kitchen with latest electrical appliances, dining area and living room with comfortable sofa. Large patio doors bring light and create a connection to the nice outdoor area.
The two double bedrooms also have patio doors to garden. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Spacious cupboards are available.
Besides the great big bathroom with round tub, walk-in shower and bidet / WC, there is an additional guest toilet.
The externally secluded garden, with a nice pool surrounded by palm trees and flowering plants Canarian variety, is the absolute comfort zone and shaded furniture at a small outdoor kitchen and fixed barbecue is for dining outdoors. Also sunbeds and an outdoor shower are available.
In the months from 01.10.-06.01. is pool heating included in the price.
Outside of this season, pool heating can be booked at an additional cost.

All amenities are in the immediate vicinity of the "Villa Jacaranda". You can walk to small supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants / bars and the shopping center "Gran Sur" with a variety of shops, restaurants / bars and a large supermarket.
The famous beaches "Playa Fañabe" or "Playa del Duque" are only about 2 km away.
In the immediate vicinity of the house there is also the Tennis Club "Miraverde"

We had a great time at villa jacaranda, a few weeks niggles which would improve the house and make it 5 stars. Safety concerns regarding the pool let the house down, but some concerns raised were promptly fixed.

Everything was perfect! Great location with plenty around- a short distance to restaurants, shops, beaches, Siam and aqualand. The property itself was clean, spacious, private and quiet… the pool and outdoor space was a real highlight!

Well appointed property for 6 on one level with a pool which is far enough from all the craziness of the seafront but near enough to join in. Nice kitchen and beds - great TV setup but we never used it!

Villa was clean and very peaceful. The bedrooms were very dark and hot as no A/C.
Specific instructions were too only put toilet paper down the loo which we did, but after two days the system was blocked and we had to spend a day waiting for that to be sorted. There was a constant leak on the patio somewhere which meant walking through water all the time. Location not great and no taxis seemed to know where it was - a very quiet secluded area which we did enjoy but a bit of a hike to any shops or restaurants. The villa was clean but a bit tired but you get what you pay for. We won’t return. I think the reviews must be edited by the owners as they are all so good and in my opinion quite unrealistic so I’m imagine this review will never appear!
