Great accommodation and had everything we needed. The location was very good as it is just a short walk away from a shopping centre with a supermarket inside so you can get whatever you need. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and a bit longer on the way back as the accommodation is up a bit of a hill. The pool done was sufficient for what we wanted and was good for relaxing in. If you're renting a car there is a car port to the side of the house behind a gate.
Another couch or a bigger one in the living room would be good as some of us had to sit on the kitchen furniture but this is a minor inconvenience.

The property is ideally situated within walking distance to everything. I have been coming to Tenerife for years and this is the best villa location that we have been to. The villa is big enough that everyone is not on top of each other. We loved everything about it. Rolando the host is lovely and very helpful, goes out of his way to welcome you and check that everything is okay.
If I was to give any negative I would say it needs a little more kitchen cooking equipment in the sense of cooking trays, cooking dishes and some serving trays.. I do all the cooking due to intolerance needs and although there are loads of pots I was limited to what I could cook so had to improvise .. there was no dish towels or cooking glove so maybe bring your own if intending to do a lot of cooking.

Fuimos a pasar una semana en familia, el sitio es muy acogedor con una piscina muy bonita, a nuestra hija de 3 años le encantó, literalmente no quería salir del agua. La ubicación De la Villa es perfecta, muy cercana al Centro Comercial y también tiene fácil acceso a la autopista. Volveremos sin duda.
