This small, cozy holiday apartment is suitable for families as well as for couples traveling together on the Isar, near the center of Mittenwald.
This small and cozy holiday flat is located in the center of Mittenwald. It is perfect suited for families or two couples that travel together.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via house floor and staircase.
There are two separate bedrooms each with a 1,8m double bed. One bathroom is accessed from the hallway and one over the large bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped, a. Equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, water cooker, crockery, glasses, pots and towels.
The apartment is assigned a small roof terrace, which is sunbathed in the afternoon and evening.
Washing machine and iron are available on request.
The car can be parked in a (public) street bay in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked.
The holiday flat is located on the second floor and accessed via hallway and stairs. There are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a 1,8m bed. Both bathrooms are located directly in the flat, wheras one is accessed from the bed room. We provide bedclothes and towells.
The kitchen is equiped with stove, microwave, fridge, water boiler, dishes, cups, pots and towells.
There is a small roof terrace that has sunshine in the afternoon and evening hours.
