IL PARADISINO San Gimignano's Best Countryside

Upon booking I was a bit skeptical after reading some negative reviews. But at the end I can say this a fantastic stay in th centre of Tuscany. The location and the views are breathtaking, swimming in the nice pool and enjoying the skyline of San Gimignano towers, after a long hot day, is fantastic! Appartment was clean, master bed very comfortable and the temperatures inside were cool enough during hottest day in July despite lack of A/C (at night we opened the windows, during day time windows and lids were closed). Also the refreshment in the pool played its role. There are short sections of gravel road to reach the site, but they are in good condition, like true @strade bianche :) The host provided detailed instructions how to collect keys and enter the appartment. So in short: all good!

Bella, calda, moderna, pulita, comoda per la posizione. Un incanto…poi la piscina con vista su san Giminiano. Il silenzio….capisco perchè si chiama il Paridisino. Voglio ritornarci

Traumhafte Lage trotz der langen unebenen Strasse zum Haus. Tolle Aussicht auf San Gimignano und toller Pool. Er war jedoch Anfangs Oktober nicht mehr gereinigt worden.

Im Beschrieb stand 2 französische Doppelbetten, was aber nicht korrekt ist. Das eine Bett ist ein Schlafsofa. Für längere Aufenthalte gut zu wissen. Küchenausstattung war eher am Minimum.

Beautiful location, as long as you are travelling by car. Nice to have green space and be out of the city if that is what you are looking for!

1) There is no patio or green space you can use that isn’t listed as “private” for other apartments, other than the pool area, but there is a sign saying you cannot have food or drink there, it would be nice to have a designated picnic spot 2) The kitchen is stocked with very basic items, could use some condiment items such as sugar, salt, etc for cooking 3) The booking is advertised that there are 4 beds in the space, but there were only 3 beds (double bed, sofa bed, and small twin sized) 4) There was a bit of mold in the shower
