Outstanding location, just a short uphill stroll into San Gimignano town. Gabriella was attentive, kind and always very helpful. The room had everything we needed and the grounds of the accommodation were beautiful. Highly recommended buying some antipasti items and wine in town, and sitting outside as the sun goes down.

Everything about the property was perfect - location excellent just 6-7 minutes walking from the main gate and the incredible view over the vines and olives to San Gimignano and it’s famous towers and excellent breakfast! Gabriella and Max were perfect hosts

This place is just gorgeous rustic old farmhouse full of charm. The bed was really comfortable it has a stunning garden with the best view looking up to San Gimignano. It’s five minutes to walk up to the village. Gabriella
the host is the kindest most helpful host you can imagine. I would highly recommend you stay here.
