The upscale and modern decor of the house has been chosen with great attention to detail. All rooms on the ground floor can be reached from the hallway. The fully equipped kitchenette leaves no wish unfulfilled. From the dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle to sufficient kitchen utensils you have everything to prepare your own meal. Adjacent you have here the dining table with 6 chairs, which is open to the living area integrated. It offers a couch corner with armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV with DVD player, CD player and radio. The visually separated reading room fits with its cozy wing chairs to lounge on. Relax at in the off - season you have a stove as a highlight. But the underfloor heating throughout the house provides a pleasant warmth here. Through the panoramic windows in the living area takes you to the furnished terrace with garden access and great views of the dike. From the hall you have the possibility to enter the utility room.
