The apartment Casa Palmera is located in a very well-kept complex almost directly at the sea and the dreamlike beach of Playa de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hairdressing salons, banks and ATMs are within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms for 4 people and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room which provides a comfortable sleeping space for 2 more people. The apartment has a large balcony with seating area. You can eat outside together and have breakfast. The balcony is located on the quiet side of the pool, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The cozy living area has a living room with dining table and a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV with satellite programs and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooker and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with an iron and ironing board.
Both bedrooms have a double bed. The bathroom has a modern shower.
The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, also for a long-term holiday it is ideally suited. The complex has a very nice pool area with sun beds. The pool is heated in the winter.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures, very bright, spacious and clean - the pool area is kept clean and tidy and the apartment has a nice size balcony overlooking the pool too. Everything we needed in the kitchen (pots, pans, big fridge freezer, good oven, etc.) The shower is very powerful! Easy check in process and loads of info from Sven ahead of arrival. We came for a holiday but brought work laptops so decided to stay longer when the UK lockdown was announced - arranging to extend our stay was also very easy, and the WiFi is excellent! Location wise it's ideal, close to playa de las americas (5-10 mins walk) and Los Cristianos (20 mins) with bus stops nearby to get to tourist attractions. Very happy with our stay!

Appartement bien agencé, nous étions 4 adultes et 2 ados, il manquait de la vaisselle pour 6, on pouvait pas utiliser le four car pas de plaque adéquate. La piscine était fermée le week-end mais elle est bien entretenue. Il manque une clé pour le portillon car à 6 faut se passer les clés.
Vacances agréables.

Needs updating wardrobes only opened half way. Four draw unit only top drawer opened. Mattress soiled disguised by mattress cover. Only one pot without lid and a frying pan in kitchen
