We enjoyed the spacious home, loaded with all the amenities needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dish ware and utensils. Plenty of linens too. The host periodically checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great location on the canal in Punta Gorda. Tons of room and a great Lanai to relax by the pool. Close to Fisherman's Village.

This is by far the nicest FL property we've rented. The house is impeccably renovated--stylish and comfortable. The location is ideal, both quiet and within easy reach of all Punta Gorda has to offer. It was fun fishing in the canal while being only minutes from piers and beaches for bigger fish. The heated pool was a hit with the grandsons!The house is well supplied with cookware/bakeware and thoughtfully stocked with basics to get started. Carter was great to work with and understanding when we had an arrival snafu. He could not have been more gracious. We hope to stay in this wonderful FL home again!
