Our host John, a person we never met in person, was great whenever we contacted him with a question. We believe he is an out of state owner (Michigan)??? He responded immediately.

We had never stayed in Punta Gorda and this property was perfect to walk to Fishermen's Village each morning on our walk. It was just the two of us and our two small dogs and we had plenty of space to have been able to share with others. The home was clean, and cleaning supplies for me to do my own cleaning during our 16 night stay as well. John was always attentive and if any questions, always responded quickly to our messages to host:)
