About this house rental
Relax and enjoy a sunset nightly in our 2,200+ square foot canal front home in Punta Gorda Isles, FL. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, has been completely renovated and is awaiting your arrival!
Remodeled in neutral coastal decor with brand new memory foam beds and new furniture throughout. The main suite features a king size bed, 32 inch smart TV, large walk-in closet, his/her sinks, along with separate shower and tub. The main suite is divided from the other bedrooms for privacy.
Entertain guests by shooting a game of pool in the casual living room or relax on the large screened in lanai. The pool and lanai face west so you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every night. Formal dining is also available for dinner parties or family gatherings. A living room with two full size couches (one a pull out bed), entertainment center with 55 inch smart tv, DVD player, games and more are also available. The custom white kitchen is complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen peninsula has seating for two and a four person kitchen table. Walk out onto the lanai from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen or third bedroom. Bathrooms completely remodeled with tile throughout. Wooden interior shutters offer privacy.
The swimming pool has a heat pump which can be used to keep the pool at a cozy 85 degrees during cooler months. Cost to use the heat pump is an additional $100/week and is optional. Please just let us know prior to your stay if you wish to use it so we can have the pool up to temperature prior to your arrival. Enjoy fishing off the dock or taking in the sea life swimming in the canal.
This home is approximately 1.5 miles from Fisherman’s Village, minutes from downtown Punta Gorda, Ponce de Leon Park, restaurants and grocery. Another bonus to this location is that Punta Gorda airport is only 5 miles away. His and her bicycles are available for enjoying the miles of bike trails around Punta Gorda and two kayaks to explore the canals.

Loved this property. Kiddos really enjoyed the pool table and the heated pool. It was a great space to host Thanksgiving for our family. Also really easy access to town. Perfect space for our getaway. Thanks!

Simply put this was the best vacation of all time, simply due to Mr. Glenn and his home here in Punta Gorda aisles anytime something came up Mr. Glenn was Johnny on the spot and got it done. Will be staying here again in the future. Thank you, Mr. Glenn and family for everything!!

We loved staying at Glenn’s house. It was so beautiful and we stayed for two weeks with my brother and sister-in-law. Everything was in the unit that we could have asked for. We used the pool almost every day, so much fun. Punta Gorda was also a very neat place to stay and we also felt so safe in this area.

This home is perfect if you want to really explore Punta Gorda. Close to fisherman village-5 mins-close to downtown-7 minutes. The owner has a huge binder with suggestions that we utilized quite a bit! I love it when owners have clearly marked directions for everything from the TV to the shower! Clean, very easy check in and the pool table is a fun bonus!
