This house was perfect for us! It was truly spotless, I've never visited a rental as clean as this one. The king bed was incredibly comfortable - I even noted the mattress and topper brand to purchase for my own home! There were multiple ceiling fans that made the house very comfortable. Nice, thick luxurious bathroom towels and beach towels were provided. The freezer also had an amazing ice maker and that's a real bonus for our family! My kids enjoyed the air hockey, ping pong, pool table. The layout of the home allowed us to spend time together in multiple different areas. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals easily. We all loved the pool and view of the canal from both the pool area and the many windows inside the home. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. I reached out to Troy a few times and he was always super fast getting back to me and was very helpful. If we are in the area in the future, I will absolutely stay here again with no hesitation.

This place is heaven on earth! The host goes above and beyond. We were so excited to find a cooler and beach blanket in the garage. So many extras also! A whole weeks worth of coffee pods, big soft towels, fishing poles, pool toys, extra blankets and pillows, quick replys for questions. The house is absolutly beautiful, clean and well designed. I highly recommend staying at this location.

We’ve stayed here a few times and we like the property so much we always look for availability whenever we are visiting Florida. Troy thinks of everything to make your stay enjoyable. He is very responsive and the property is a good value for the money.
