Enjoy the amazing California sunshine on the back patio overlooking the 8th hole of the amazing Arnold Palmer golf course! Spectacular 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in La Quinta! Updated, Private Courtyard, faces east for morning sun!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, full suite master bath with lovely vanity and double sinks. The second bedroom is almost as large as the master, has a king size bed and a suite 3/4 bathroom. The 3rd bedroom can sleep 2 on the pull-out-couch. There is an additional 3/4 bathroom for guests or visitors. The full size kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters, newer stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and separate breakfast bar. This unit has a living room, formal dining room and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer! Garage unavailable.
The community pool is a few doors down from the condo. Public golf courses, tennis, water park, restaurants, movie theater, shopping and so much more nearby. Permit #06712

I think the property manager was very nice and helpful. A few things about the property were off though… between the 3 bathrooms in the house, not a single outlet worked. The girls were doing their hair in the kitchen/living room. The grill was hooked up to a gas line on the house so there wasn’t a propane tank. We tried to use it but the flames were so weak it wasn’t able to heat up the grill. Lastly, one of the bedrooms was converted into another living room type area with a couch that pulled out to a bed. Wasn’t expecting it but it was nice to be cozy in as the main living room didn’t have a TV. All the mirrors in the place are a girls dream though.

This was my second time staying at Joseph’s property for Coachella and it felt like home. Everything was clean and it was equipped with everything we needed from seasonings to extra linens. I appreciated Joseph calling me before my stay just to make sure check-in would go smoothly. I can’t want to come back next year!

Good place to stay . Bring your own soap
And shampoos . Very clean and easy access to all of cities .
No access to gym nor club house. Would stay again.
