Relax and enjoy this desert paradise home with Northwest Mountain, Lake, and Golf course views. This home is located on the 4th hole of the Arnold Palmer Course at PGA WEST. Spectacular views from the backyard patio with private pool, spa, firepit sofa seating area and built in BBQ. Recently painted interior and updates throughout. 3-bedroom 3 bath home with an open and spacious floor plan. Great room with fireplace and great for relaxing and enjoying. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Entertaining floor plan with dining room seating for 8, kitchen counter seating and wet bar. Primary Bedroom has a king bed (and added day bed for kids or grandkids) as well as large master bath. Primary Bedroom has desk/office area if you need to work from home. Primary bathroom has shower, dual vanities and walk in closet. Second Bedroom has a king bed. Second bath is across hall with full shower bath. All Bedrooms have TVs with apple tv or cable tv access. If you need to work while visiting wifi printer available. Private Guest Casita great for guests with king bed, just added a/c split and lots of space for your guests to relax and enjoy. Attached 2 car garage. Security camera is in place in the front of home for security and the back camera that monitors back yard can be turned off at guests request. Acs replaced in the last year. From the incredible views, the big horn ram viewing from the hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen and the phenomenal location- this home is beautiful! The communication with the property manager, Debbie, was unmatched from any rental that we’ve been in. Every little concern was immediately taken care of and resolved. Can’t imagine a better place to stay while in Palm Springs!

Location and property is great in La Quinta. The outdoor setting with the view of the mountains was particularly nice. The weather for March was unseasonably cool throughout (mornings and nites) so having the gas fire pit and hot tub was fabulous. The Property Manager was outstanding … great communication and responsiveness.
We’ll be back.

Home is definitely in need of some updates and tlc. The best part about this property was the property manager, she is fabulous. The worst part is that you can’t make phone calls. The house has no cell service, you need to walk out into the street to make a phone call or use cellular service. The house is dark, the pool and backyard get a little morning sun but it gets shady and cold out back midday. The furniture is comfortable in the main living area. The beds are very uncomfortable, the linens and blankets are in need of updating. The house does have nice common area space and the master bedroom suite is huge. The second bedroom and casita are very small. Walls are paper thin, and every sound travels throughout the house.
The kitchen is a decent size but the refrigerator holds very little, the oven is awful and the dishwasher is coming out of the wall. Overall, the house could be great with a little bit of updating and fixes. The location is nice, Mountain View in the backyard is beautiful, the bbq is great, hot tub is ok, but
never gets really hot...
For a week stay or shorter the house is fine. Any longer than that you will start to get frustrated with all the lack of quality that can make all the difference. Hopefully the fixable things get fixed sooner than later.
