About this house rental
The house is on the main river close to Weeki Wachee springs and has great access to the Gulf of Mexico. you can dock up to a 24' boat. It is only minutes from Pine Island Beach Park, Hernando Beach and Sun West Park. It is also about an hour and half from world renowned Clearwater beach and Disney World. Get the best experience Florida can offer. You’ll love Weeki Wachee and the freshwater spring that feeds seventy two degree water year round. This house has 4 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king size temperpedic matress and 38" TV and 2 guest rooms (two twin beds in one and a queen in the other.)with an queen size sofa bed in the living room. On the first floor there is two twin trundle beds to sleep four with a full bathroom. The house has 3 full bathrooms with a full kitchen, dining area, living room come with a 60" smart TV Sleeps 12 comfortably. Ceiling fans in each room. There is a roofed dock on the river in the backyard. Enjoy watching boats go by and manatees. Amenities include a gas grill, four kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard for you to have fun.

The property is conveniently located on the river with easy access to the Gulf. There are multiple kayaks for use and easy access to the river. The property is clean, extra linens, towels are included. Kitchen was well equip along with plenty of outdoor furnitureGreg was very responsive to any questions that we had. Check-in/out was very efficient.We would definitely book the property again if our schedule permits
