About this cottage rental
Host a Total of 13 people IF you decide to add on the guest tiki hut. Fee posted is for main house that sleeps up to 9, but extra tiki hut can accommodate up to 4 more guests (2 adults in bedroom, 2 smalls kids in TV room on futon) for additional $130 a night + $70 cleaning fee. Includes kitchenette, no hot water. AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

Mornings are easy and soothing with a fresh cup of coffee on the balcony just off the primary bedroom facing the river. Stay comfortable year-round with cold AC & heat. Whether relaxing indoors or gathering with loved ones around the firepit, this cozy cottage offers a peaceful retreat. Fall in love with the Weeki River and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Manatees, dolphins, mullet, crabs, snapper & more. Swim or fish right off the dock. Layout in the backyard white beach area with our lounge chairs or enjoy the cabana while the kids play in the sand.
