The spacious interior features two luxurious king beds, a cozy bunk bed with a trundle (two twins and a double), a comfortable futon, two plush couches, and two recliners—enough room for everyone to unwind. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee/tea station and bar, making mornings and evenings a delight. With a game room, indoor and outdoor activities like ping pong and shuffleboard, and an office space in the bonus room, you'll find plenty to entertain the whole group.
Outside, soak in the jacuzzi as you take in breathtaking sunsets, or set off on a paddleboard or kayak adventure directly from the private dock. With SUPs, kayaks, a canoe, 4-river tubes, life vests, and more at your disposal, the possibilities are endless. The home is just three miles from the beach, giving you the best of both river and coastal life.
Designed for relaxation, this home offers a screened-in patio, outdoor shower, and laundry facilities, and accommodates up to 12 guests. House rules ensure a peaceful stay—no smoking indoors, no pets, and quiet time after 10 PM. Perfect spot for Weeki Watchee! The space was gazing and kept two teenagers off their phones and engaged in kayaking and ping pong! Had my coffee every morning by the water and saw manatees right off the dock. Make sure to check out the Silver Dolphon Restaurant and Weeki Watchee Springs kayak tour!

Thank you so much for a wonderful Weeki Wachee experience! This house was perfect. Kept our teens entertained and off of their phones. Great location with just a quick paddle to the main river. The house was SO CLEAN and had everything we needed. Sonia was quick to respond to text and help with any questions we had. Great memories made for our family! We will definitely be back and would 100% rent this house again or another property from this host!

Family friendly and super fun for kids with the game room area below. Plenty of water toys for everyone! Spacious and accommodates everyone comfortably.

Fairly nice place. Property manager was very accessible to any questions we had. I would warn older guests that there are quite a few stairs going to the main house. Unfortunately due to the hurricanes in the last month, the water behind the home was not in good shape.
