About this house rental
The North Sea holiday house is suitable for 1-4 persons and is located in the quiet holiday village. In the coastal town of Neßmersiel is also the ferry port to the island of Baltrum.
Walking tours are possible from the port, to Baltrum (only as guided hike).
Neßmersiel has a sandy & separate dog beach, various playgrounds, a covered children's playhouse, a wellness oasis, car, bicycle & go-kart rental, petrol station, supermarket, bakery and various restaurants.
In the village is also a pedal and paddle station.
Our house Sandhüpfer invites you with a spacious EG completely tiled living and dining area. The upper floor has a cork floor. There is a well equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, guest toilet, bathroom with shower & WC, washing machine, children's high chair, storage room, terrace with garden furniture and sunbathing lawn complete the offer. WLAN available.

Haus mit Einrichtungen gut bis auf eine fehlende Mikrowelle die im Urlaub für schnelles warmmachen unerlässlich ist .

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.
Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und vor allem die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus top ausgestattet.
Für uns war es sehr schön, dass der Strandkorb mit vorhanden war und ein Faltbarer Bollerwagen benutzt werden konnte.
Wir kommen gerne mit der gesamten Familie wieder.

FH innen und Ausstattung waren schon sehr gut.
Was aber eindeutig nicht in Ordnung war, war der fehlende Sichtschutz von der Terasse zur ziemlich befahrenen Straße,
hohem Aufkommen an Fußgängern und Fahrradfahrern.
Wir waren entsprechend genötigt, hinterm Haus zu sitzen,
was dann aufgrund der dort stehenden Mülltonnen auch nicht so prickelnd war...........
Wünschenswert wären zudem auch Fliegengitter oder/und Rolladen an den Fenstern gewesen.
Der Fernseher war aufgrund der Entferung zur Couch,
die im übrigen sehr bequem war, etwas zu klein.
