Beautiful place. Hot tub was wonderful. Very peaceful surroundings except for the neighbor who decided he needed to greet us on arrival and tell us the parking rules that the owner had already provided at check-in. Be aware that there is no air conditioning. This is fine for at night and the rooms are fine, but the main room gets tons of sun and can get warm 83f in the afternoon.

We stayed at this property for a few days visiting the Bay area. We have lived near here before so were aware of driving to most attractions / sights (it's not super walkable). It took us approx. 30 mins to get into SF.
The house itself is a quiet location, and a nice layout for a family of 4. The yard is pretty and fun for the kids & dog. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean; a little dated and old. The kitchen is a disaster and really needs a deep clean, Cabinets felt sticky and grimy, several pans/trays had to be washed first. Even the toaster oven was gross. The house manual and tv remote were also pretty oily and grim to touch. There's a ton of cobwebs and leaves all over the exterior windows. Owner says she's remodeling in Sept and wasn't concerned by the dirt when I mentioned it. I'd hold off renting until then, unless you're ok cleaning before you cook..
