About this house rental
Our house is ideal for a vacation or a weekend in Marseille.
It is located 200 meters from the Vallon des Auffes, a small, picturesque traditional port. Sheds, pointed, restaurants are part of the decor. You can swim there without problem from May to October, or all year round for the less chilly. We quickly forget that we are in town, it is a magical place.
The rest of the time, we go to the valley to test the harbor restaurants. There is something for all budgets, You can also go do your first dive, rent paddles or just land on the rocks to admire the sunset.
The city center is around 20 minutes away on foot. Easy walks
The house is reached by typical narrow stairways, without doubt one of the most charming and unspoiled places in the city. Walks to the Mucem, the Old Port and Panier districts, the Good Mother ...
You can choose between the calm of your garden and the bustling city center.
The house is bright, with a clear view. It has an area of approximately 110 m2.
It consists of a ground floor with:
- Living room
- Kitchen opening onto terrace and garden
- Bedroom / office with a BZ sofa (140 wide)
- Shower room with WC
Upstairs :
- 1 children's room with bed (90 cm) on mezzanine
- 1 bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm)
- 1 large adult bedroom (160 cm bed) on mezzanine
- 1 large office
- 1 sunny veranda, TV room
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
The house is fully equipped (WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, household appliances, etc.).
Hidden on a roof, a tiny vegetable patch, will provide you with cherry tomatoes for an aperitif, strawberries for dessert and spices in the kitchen.
