Beautiful, comfortable house "Cap Marti". In the district of Cap Marti, 2.5 km from the sea. Private: garden (fenced) 900 m2 wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop 2.5 km, supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Villa très agréable hors saison, très bien agencée ; superbe piscine mais un bémol : le pisciniste doit passer par l'intérieur pour accéder à la piscine. Très beau jardin et garage immense

Bel emplacement pour la maison et jolie vue avec une grande piscine. La maison correspond à la description, il faudrait juste un peu la rajeunir, rafraichir, surtout le mobilier de cuisine, l'électroménager et le mobilier extérieure. Ceci dit nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

La vaisselle de la cuisine était très sale! Les lits de la chambre double ainsi que les alèses mériteraient d'être changés . La piscine parfaite, la vue également . Le séjour était agréable .

La limpieza era escasa y la piscina sucia....tumbonas y cubiertos muy sucios.....Las persianas funcionaban la mitad y las mosquiteras rotas.. Una gran decepción!!!!!! Falta una gran reforma en general.y sobre todolos colchones y almohadas....!!!!!!!
