Incredible recently renovated apartment with terrace, parking, free wifi and wonderful views of the sea and mountain. Located in the well-known Don Pepe residence, it offers a large community pool for adults and children, and impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 400 metres from Montañar II Rock Beach and close to all services.

This stylish, modern and bright apartment has 89 m² and has been recently renovated and decorated. The property, distributed on a single level, has 3 beautiful bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, accommodating up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace: the second bedroom has two single beds and the third a practical bunk bed. The apartment also offers a modern and fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and plates and bowls. The tastefully decorated living room has a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning (living room only), free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful terrace. On the terrace we can enjoy a large dining table and wonderful views of the pool, the sea and the mountain. In the common areas of the urbanisation, you can enjoy an impressive garden with lawn, children's area and a large pool, fenced and with an area for children.
