Private: property 1'200 m2, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Pas de gros défaut dans cette location. Très bien située : zone résidentielle calme, commerces à 5 mn, plage de sable à 10 mn. Confort de la maison correct, bonne literie, grande cuisine bien équipée. La clim dans le séjour est suffisante, nous l'avons peu utilisée. Les points positifs : la terrasse couverte, la piscine (non sécurisée), le grand terrain clos et arboré et un prix raisonnable. Seuls points négatifs : vaisselle non vérifiée avant notre arrivée (casseroles sales), un transat cassé.

Ha sido increíble la estancia. Nos ha gustado todo. La ubicación, la casa, equipamiento, servicio 24 horas para cualquier cosa que necesite. Repetiremos sin ningún tipo de duda. Gracias una vez más.

Une grande maison bien située. Dommage qu'il manque la climatisation dans les chambres et une place de parking à l'interieur de la cour.
