Brand-new, recently renovated, with air conditioning, gas heating, new windows, and a large outdoor kitchen area featuring a Weber Genesis gas grill, a wood-fired grill (with a grilling and griddle section), and a paella station.

It features central heating and hot water for all 5 bathrooms simultaneously, radiators in every room, as well as air conditioning in every bedroom and fans in every room of the house.

The house is located in El Tosalet, a very quiet neighborhood of single-family homes, surrounded by beautiful, lush nature, with 24-hour security (the security patrol car is equipped with a defibrillator and first-aid supplies), and offers a concierge service where you can pick up packages or print and scan any documents you may need. Our house is especially quiet because there is very little traffic on our street.
