Beautiful, comfortable villa "Aurelie" in 2019. In the district of Adsubia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea. Private: beautiful garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 10 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis (swing). In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Tout était tte bien, la maison, la piscine, le cadre. Seul petit défaut : la route pour y accéder n’est pas large et pas très pratique. Mais je relouerais volontiers cette maison

We had a great stay at the villa everything you could need was there . The garden and pool were great for children and much larger than we realised . Villa was clean and well kept. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach in Xabia . Well located to explore rest of the area.

Nice villa and it was spotless inside nice space and a nice urbanisation.
The down side was the condition of the pool it was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned there was a pile of debris lying at the bottom plus algae floating about it and the water was cloudy. It let the whole place down sorry we don't like leaving bad reviews but it really was a disgrace .
