About this villa rental
Beautiful villa with private pool in Javea, on the gorgeous Costa Brava, Spain for up to 6 people.
The Mediterranean villa is located in the quiet and elegant district of Cap Marti.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen. In addition, an extra accessible, small apartment with bedroom, kitchen and small bathroom.
We bought this villa in the summer of 2019 from a Swiss family. We will be remodeling them for you and our guests in October 2019, make them a bit more modern and have some nice pictures taken. From November, everything will be ready for you and us to feel at home. New bedding, towels, freshly painted and nicely furnished. We are very happy and we are sure that you will like the same!
In the winter of 2019/20 we will also build a brand new summer outdoor kitchen with adjoining covered dining area outside by the pool.
The villa has a fantastic view of the sea and the Cap San Antonio.
The 10 x 5 meter pool is heated and guaranteed during the transitional period wonderful, stress-free holidays.
The villa has a beautiful Arcadeengang of original Tosca stone. Here you sit comfortably and protected, and in the summer, above all, wonderfully cool, let your mind wander, enjoy the view over the bay of Javea in the distance and will never want to leave like us.
The whole property is over 1000 square meters and completely flat. The inside of the villa is also level and barrier-free. At the entrance to the property is an automatic sliding gate, the property is fully fenced and lined with gorgeous, colorful hedges so you can enjoy maximum privacy within the property.
The inside of the villa is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating and an open fireplace.
High-speed Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection, real leather luxury sofa, flat screen TV with Netflix - Movie connection - you and your family will certainly want for nothing.
The villa is located in the very quiet residential area of Cap Marti, Javea. Supermarkets can be reached in 2-3 minutes. The beautiful sandy beach is 5 minutes by car, to the small, picturesque bays with it is a maximum of 10 minutes.
Javea is a great town, which differs in particular from the many other cities on the Costa Blanca, that there is virtually no "cheap tourism". The majority of the guests stay in the private villas, besides there are 2-3 smaller hotels and comparably few apartment complexes.
The city is very clean and safe. A great beach promenade with nice restaurants and bars, a picturesque old town and an original harbor district characterize this pearl on the Costa Brava.
From April to October the arrival and departure day is Saturday. For other days ask how to inquire before. Thank you so much!
In the months November to March we offer for long-term tenants (from 4 weeks) depending on the duration of the booking high special discounts. Please ask us without obligation.

The property was excellent and even better than the pictures provided.The outside area was the stand out point with various areas to relax or sunbathe. The pool being the highlight which is a great size (could do with being colder).The only minor comment would be that the separate apartment area needs a little more furniture make it feel even more comfortable so perhaps another sofa or rattan furniture set to sit.

Great villa with beautiful gardens and exceptional outside facilities which included an outside kitchen and hot water shower. Location was lovely and peaceful with distant view of the sea and headland. Rainer was the most amazing host and kept in regular to contact to ensure everything went well. Thank you so much.
