8 km from Puerto Pollensa: Cosy, rustic farm estate "Can Mateu", surrounded by fields. Outside the resort Pollença, in a secluded, quiet position, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 30.Dec.). Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Platja de Port de Pollença" 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Animals in the neighbourhood.

We were very satisfied with our housing! The house and garden were clean, the accommodation as in the pictures. After a short request we were allowed to enter the house few hours earlier, which was very useful regarding our early landing. Although there was an electricity problem, the host came by ASAP and managed/ organized the relevant company to fix the problem! We would come back any time :)

Muy buen finde. Muchos utensilios de cocina, el wifi genial, toallas, ropa de cama. El agua de la piscina limpia y estupenda. El único pero es el ruido de las gallinas por las mañanas que hay en la parcela de al lado.

Les 2 terrasses avec leurs 2 expositions différentes sont très appréciables, la piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. L'aménagement intérieur est simple, mais rien ne manque. Par contre la maison est un peu difficile à trouver le premier jour !

Maison très bien située dans un environnement calme, à 10 min de Pollença et d'Alcúdia. Maison spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Nous n'avons pas aimé la taille du lit double (trop petit), l'odeur nauséabonde dans les salles de bains et l'apparition systématique de fourmis dans la cuisine, les placards, les chambres et SDB.
