Jorge answered so many of our questions both before arrival to Puerto Rico and also when we were there. The condo was very nice and truly a short walk to the pool or beach. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico, but hopefully not our last.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palmas del Mar, the place was great and Jorge and his wife were very communicative and responsive to issues.
The view from the 4th floor balcony is wonderful and being out there with a nice ocean breeze was relaxing. Some really nice things about it included the grill on the deck, very easy to turn on and use. The kitchen had everything we could need to cook in or grill which we used.
Loved the bluetooth speaker in the LR, we connected and played music while relaxing on the couch and cooking in kitchen. The TV’s worked well also. Beds were very firm and comfortable.
It was nice to see the toys for swimming in the ocean like body surf boards and we definitely used and loved the 4 beach chairs.

This residence provided us with an awesome way to unwind and relax after long work days. The neighborhood as all the amenities you could ever want. Communication with the property manager was also fantastic!

The listing was advertised on VRBO as having a washer and dryer and the owner did not let us know until we arrived at the property that the washer and dryer was not in working order. Our stay was 3 weeks and we would not have rented the property had we known. Everything else seemed to be in working order. Overall the property was just mediocre especially for the exorbitant cost of rental.
