About this villa rental
This Villa is inside the Palmas del Mar resort , an access controlled community on the southeast Caribbean coast of Puerto Rico. The villa has its own private swimming pool. The beach is just a 3.5 minute walk from the villa. Steps from Palmanova Plaza, where you can enjoy fine dining in various restaurants and a convenient store.
The villa has its own generator for the convenience of always having power when there are power outages.
Included in the rental is a 6 passenger golf cart for your enjoyment while moving around the resort.
The Villa is on a second level and has 3 levels. It has 1 bedroom with a 1 king size bed, 1 bedroom with a full size bed and 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds . 2 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Sleeps 10 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has a 75" flat screen TV in the living room and 45" flat screen TV in one of the other rooms. It is served by AC split units throughout, internet and free Wi-Fi . Beautifully furnished with renovated kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Spectacular ocean views from the 3rd level balcony.
It also has an office section with a computer, printer, office chair and table for your convenience.

This is in such a beautiful resort called Palmas Del Mar. It's a sprawling resort with access to the very large beach club, fitness center and tennis club. There is a charge per day of 25 each per person for the beach club which was worth it for a day. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away from the condo about 5 minutes. There is a plaza right up the road with great restaurants, frozen yogurt place, gift shops and a great breakfast / coffee spot. The location was about an hour from the airport, 38 min from the Ceiba ferry terminal, 50 minutes from the rainforest.Walmart is only 12 minutes from the condo but be warned go in the morning because it is a complete zoo at night.The condo was as described but could use some Maintenance. There were a few lights out, light switches that didn't work, bathroom faucets have no water pressure but overall place is great. The most annoying part is the tankless water heater goes out all the time the breaker is behind the picture in the hall outside the bedrooms it's the upper left hand double breaker it's not labeled, just flip it back on and it works quickly.There is a rooftop that my son loved to spend the end of the night looking at the moon and the ocean and a couple other balconies.Host Nancy was very responsive anytime I had a question.

The villa was amazing. Beautiful 3 stories with sun deck on top. Walking distance to the plaza and the golf cart was key for easy movement around the resort. I'd never been to Puerto Rico, so I had no idea what to do or about the surrounding areas. Nancy was an excellent host. Great communication and helped me book an extension of our trip into another Villa. Highly recommend renting one of her properties. The only issue I had was the address of the unit was not on the street provided, rather on a cross street above which made it difficult to find late at night. Other than that, our trip and stay, Nancy and this unit were all 5 out of 5.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The home was beautiful and in the most perfect location within Palmas! Views from the roof were amazing! Having the golf cart was totally essential and the communication with the property manager was very prompt. We had the pool cleaned once and the company was there within the hour so there was no delay in us enjoying the pool. Highly recommend and 100% will be back as soon as I possibly can!

Lots of small issues with the unit. Furniture on the upper deck was torn and the couch cushions stained. Wires dangling, hose handle was broken. Heater for the pool never worked. Microwave blew a fuse with each use. The master bedroom switches work. With the window shades closed, t ft he unit is very dark upstairs. The mmfridge never really got cold. The clothes washers does not fully drain.
