This 3-bedroom 3-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing beachfront vacation. Spectacular views of the beach, ocean and the nearby island of Vieques from your private balcony. Enjoy the beautiful Dragon Pool located steps from our building and the beach. This private corner unit has views from every room and a relaxing patio to enjoy the best of the Caribbean.
Marvel in the beauty, safety and convenience of Palmas Del Mar, a 2700 acre gated resort community. boasting two world-class golf courses designed by Rees Jones and Gary Player, the largest tennis facility in the Caribbean, 18 unique restaurants, and abundant activities including scuba diving and fishing boat charters, horseback riding, nature trails, kayaking and more. Only a short drive from the San Juan Airport and historic Old San Juan, the El Yunque rain forest with its waterfalls and hiking, and the bio-luminescent bays.
This condo is recently upgraded throughout with high end furniture, appliances and décor. Two thousand square feet of space provide plenty of room for you and any family and friends that are lucky enough to join you!
The spacious first master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, huge soaking tub and separate walk-in and sit-down shower. Windows in this room look out directly on the ocean and beach.
The second master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, private patio overlooking the golf course, en-suite bathroom and a separate entry for privacy and convenience.
The third bedroom has sleeping space for four with twin-sized trundle beds and bunk beds. For your convenience, additional air beds and linens are provided.
You'll find all the conveniences of home in this unit, with cable TV, high-speed wifi internet and access to all of your streaming video, high-efficiency washer and dryer, and refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker. Separate A/C units with individual temperature control in each bedroom allow you to customize your comfort.
Spend the morning with a coffee watching the incredible sunrise over the Caribbean! This is our home away from home. We spend every moment we can enjoying the many amenities of Marbella Club, Palmas Del Mar and incredible history and culture of Puerto Rico. We're confident you will fall in love with this place just as we have.
AMENITIES
Guests have access to the Dragon Pool right next to our villa, along with beautifully kept grounds and common areas and 24-hour security provided by the Marbella Club.
We also provide our guests access to La Cava. This truly unique wine cellar is perfect for sharing a glass of wine by the fireside, or entertaining with friends. In addition, Palmas del Mar offers 18 restaurants, many beaches, golf, horseback riding, nature trails, and more amenities, available for all our guests.

Televisions with cable are available in both master bedrooms and the living area, along with either Blu-ray/DVD players or streaming capability. Free high-speed wifi will let you stream your favorite shows and music. Beach towels and portable chairs are provided. Kitchen includes a coffee maker, oven and stove top, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, and dishes, utensils and everything you need to cook.
THE AREA
Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island destination, and a convenient and memorable spot for your next vacation. Visit historic and beautiful Old San Juan with its narrow cobblestone streets, restaurants and shopping. El Yunque National Forest beckons with cascading waterfalls, tropical forests and bird life hiking, and great views. Amazing beaches can be found all over the island with great snorkeling and scuba diving, surfing, sailing, fishing and other activities. Take a day trip to the beautiful islands of Culebra and Vieques, or do a kayak tour to see the monkeys of Monkey Island. But you may never need to leave Palmas del Mar, where activities, food and drink, and relaxation abound.
GETTING HERE
From the San Juan Airport, you can rent a car or take a shuttle van approximately one hour to Palmas del Mar. While you're here, golf carts are the popular mode of transport, and can be rented when you arrive.

The unit was lovely and had such a relaxing feel. The view was amazing. The information book that was available was very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the host responding rapidly when there was a minor issue. 10/10 would stay here again!

The condo was comfortable and very welcoming… with one exception: it’s was dirty when we arrived around 8pm at night. The linens weren’t changed, the kitchen was a mess, and there were dirty clothes littered around the place.We had been traveling all day and were ready for some much-needed rest, this was a huge inconvenience.Thankfully, the property manager managed another condo in the same building and was able to get us in for the evening. And the property owners compensated us with that night being free.This course of action was appreciated and acceptable to us and we went on to have a wondered stay. Five stars apart from this and still four stars anyway.

The location was fair, about an hour south from activities we chose (rainforrest, zipline, old San Juan, fajardo catamaran). Getting to a full grocery store was about a 30 min drive. The grocery store in the Palmas Del Mar market is a corner store and has no produce. We will prob stay somewhere diff next time as a result of location preference. Security on-site was five stars. Condo overall was clean, but needed a deep clean. Master bedroom closet doors were covered in mold. Washing machine also had tons of visible mold. Bathrooms, floors, and kitchen were all clean upon arrival. Guest bedroom also smelled heavily of mold. The air conditioning in kids room was broken. We reported it but nobody came to repair it as promised. Plenty of clean linens were provided. We rented a golf cart, it was not needed, our kids preferred driving our car due to the numerous speed bumps within the resort. The pool club was fun but cost an additional amount per day, a cost that was not disclosed in advance. Also we needed special permission to enter, for a family with a kid we prefer to be able to come and go on our own schedule without having to meet someone to let us in. The facility hot tub was huge and really amazing. Our contact person was responsive and helpful to our questions and requests during our stay. Palmas del mar is a beautiful place, more suited as a living community rather than a short term vacation resort.
