Wonderful family vacation! The villa is spacious with beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean from both balconies.We spent 2 days exploring Puerto Rico (Old San Juan and El Yunque tropical rainforest), and the other days relaxing either by the pool or beach.Lots of restaurants, grocery, and Walmart within 15 minutes of the property. Property itself is secluded and quiet. Great communication with the property managers. Highly recommend!

2nd story unit. At the bottom of the stairs, there is an outdoor shower head and the beach entrance. 10/10! The unit had children’s plates and cups, and the pack n play provided was also given brand new bedding. All of the neighbors were so kind, security and condo staff on the grounds were great. This location is also perfect for a short walk to the hotel for a tasty meal, and all of the walking pathways. The view was spectacular, and the unit was easy to child-proof for my busy 20 month old. The generator was GREAT! The few times we lost power, you barely had a moment to notice when it was out. The ceiling fans were awesome and the AC was great and efficient. The property management group is 10/10. Whenever I had a question, I quickly received a reply and when my 6 year old accidentally locked us out, they sent someone over within 5 minutes to assist. A note (absolutely not a complaint) for families traveling with young kids- the floors are all tile like most condos in Palmas. The stairs are also steep- so you may want to get child gates at Walmart (outside of Palmas.) We definitely recommend this listing after staying for 3 weeks. Enjoy!

We loved this property! The highlight was the beautiful view of the beach and sea, with gorgeous sunsets. We previously stayed at another condo in Beach Village and this condo was a vast improvement. Condo has updated kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding and towels were high quality (RH towels) for a rental. Kitchen was well-appointed with cookware and utensils. There are several beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. Smooth check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again.
