About this house rental
The house is situated on the south side of the island with a beautiful, absolutely unobstructed sea view. Even if there is a lot of hustle and bustle on the island, you will have peace and quiet. The beautiful villages of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Porto Ferraio are nevertheless not far away and can all be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
This is not a typical holiday home, but a very personal private house that we also use for our holidays. The wild garden with 40-year-old trees is 4600m² in size and completely fenced in. Dogs are also very welcome and are guaranteed to feel right at home.
There is no lack of space: the available living area is 88m² and consists of a 30m² living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms with two beds each, two bathrooms and hallway.
There is also a spacious, partly covered terrace and a large parking space.
The house has Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV with SAT/ Astra antenna and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request.
Three beaches are within 10-20 minutes walking distance, also shopping facilities like the beautiful places Capoliveri and Porto Azurro are not far by car ,- it is centrally located but still quiet.

Relaxing environment.
All is working fine. (Wifi, shower, warm water etc. )
TV with German channels.
A lot of space inside the house and a huge garden around.
Confortable bed for a healthy sleep.
All in all beautyful and we booked again for the coming year!

We have never stayed in a place like this before as we usually camp.I have given 5 stars as I feel it was good value and if, like me, you get a good impression from the photos,you will not be dissappointed.

The house is well situated to discover the iland. The Norsi beach is 10 min walk but there was a lot of plant rubbish on the beach. Felcaio beach is very nice but it is 30 min walk, so we have to use the car. The house itself is equiped well but kitchen is very old and the boxes smell mustilly like in antiques and you can also meet small mouse there:). The wiew from the terace is stunning, we liked sitting there in the evening.
We enjoyed our holiday but next time we would choose another house…
