For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing 800 m2. Table tennis, children's playground. Private: terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 250 m, bathing lake "Ossiacher See" 250 m. Tennis 400 m, riding stable 500 m, sports centre 200 m, cycle lane 10 m, cable car 11 km.
